Our investment projects are rigorously monitored and measured to ensure that donor funds are used in the most effective way possible. Each project starts with an agreement phase, where we identify areas of focus and then investigate all project opportunities that support our mission and priorities. We then arrange meetings with organisations to discuss their concepts and review their capacity to deliver. Next, we conduct site visits and complete our due diligence to ensure that an applicant’s organisation is in order.
Once we have selected a project, we establish how the programme manager and partner organisation will work together, after which we begin fundraising. The partner organisation is required to submit an update report at agreed intervals on how donor funds are being used as well as the project’s on-going performance.
